Loyalty Program Conditions: "More Value for Your Money"
1. Participation:

- The loyalty program is available to all clients of legal age who make transactions in our offices.
- To participate, the client must request a loyalty card at our office in Larache.
2. Accumulation of Stamps

- One stamp will be awarded for each currency exchange transaction equal to or greater than a minimum amount of 1000 MAD (or its equivalent in another currency).
- The card is personal and non-transferable. Stamps cannot be transferred between clients or accumulated on different cards.
3. Redemption of Benefits:

- By accumulating 9 stamps, the client will receive a better exchange rate.
- Enjoy Your Rewards (You will get a better rate on your transaction).
4. Validity of the Card:

- The loyalty card is valid for 12 months from the date of the first recorded transaction.
- If the 9 stamps are not accumulated in this period, the card will be cancelled.
5. Modifications and Cancellations:

- The company reserves the right to modify the conditions of the loyalty program at any time, prior notification to customers through our offices and communication channels.
- The company also reserves the right to:
- Cancel the subscription of any customer who misuses the program or violates the established conditions.
6. Misuse:
Any attempt to counterfeit stamps, transfer cards between customers or fraud related to the benefits of the program is considered misuse.
7. Acceptance of Conditions:
By participating in the loyalty program, the customer accepts all the conditions set forth in this document.
